He graduated from elementary and secondary schools of the Jasper County School System.
He was the only child of Erma.
He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the school of Industrial Engineering at Prairie View A &M University Texas.
Bill was a Vietnam Era veteran, who served in the Far East and Europe, as well as within the United States. He made use of his GI bill by taking graduate business management courses at UCLA.
At an early age he had an interest in the value of land and property and turned a hobby interest into a 35-year career.
He obtained a Real Estate Broker license and worked at Caldwell Banker, Torrance California, where he garnered many sales awards.
His interest in Management and training led to an offer to help a friend and manage a Realty World franchise in Torrance California.
This venture led him to open his own Real Estate and Financial Service. He enjoyed training new sales staff and agents and often received comments of praise concerning how he had helped them.
While attending Prairie View he met his forever love-. Helyn Pearl Wiseman Smith. They graduated from Prairie view together, married and traveled the world and spent 50 wonderful years being each other's loving spouse and best friend.
Mr. Seale had a love for his country, his family and a special bond with animals. He was a quiet man with subtle Wit and a kind heart. Often he opened his doors to youth of the family who needed somewhere to go.
He was ever generous with time and money, and always willing to listen.
One of his nieces when speaking of him said, "Uncle Bill was humble and kind and when he helped, you felt love as if he had melted you to his soul and that everything would be alright."
Left to celebrate his moving on to higher plains are his wife Helyn, Nieces, Toracia Swift of Houston Texas, Lawreece Simmons of Houston Texas, Sherrea Evans from Moreno Valley California, a friend who was like a brother, Lee Hightower of Arizona, several cousins, great nephews and nieces, and his constant canine family Panda the Shih Tzu and Ginger the Cairn Terrier.
