Ken is recognized and trusted by the DOD and IC for combining vision, leadership, innovation and invention to provide customer-focused solutions for Space and Airbome intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.
Ken was a Principal Engineering Fellow with Raytheon
Technologies (RTX). His 27 year tenure at Raytheon also included positions of business leadership: Director/Advanced Concepts and Architectures, Technology Area Director/Advanced Algorithms and Architectures, as well as Engineering Leadership: Space Architect, Principal Investigator/Enterprise Modeling and Simulation.
Ken is the patent holder for Bi-static Radar System Using Transmitters in Mid-Earth Orbit
He is the primary inventor of Raytheon's Realtime Autonomous Activity Detection, Activity-Based Causality, Indicator-based Dynamic Collection Control, Partially Observable Markov Decision Process (POMDP) Autongeneration and Failsafe and co-inventor of Raytheon's Navigation Integrity in GPS Challenged Environments.
Prior to joining Raytheon, Ken was a Vice President at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) where for 12 years he directed the Advanced Programs Division.
Ken joined Hughes Aircraft Company after completing his doctorate and held positions of Section Manager/Radar Systems Group and Programmer/Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar System (ASARS)- 2/Doppler Processing Station.
Ken was awarded Masters and Doctorate degrees in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from California State University at San Francisco.
Ken is survived by his son Max Moore, two beautiful grandchildren and his ever loving wife Arelvis.
